In her role as Director, Lori manages all aspects of the practice's business operations, focusing primarily on financial management and strategic planning. She is responsible for budgeting, overseeing the revenue cycle, negotiating insurance contracts, managing billing operations, and handling accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, she maintains vendor relationships and engages in financial planning to ensure the practice remains financially healthy while continuing to deliver outstanding patient care.
